Victor S. Maldonado, Esquire
Attorney Maldonado practices exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law, with emphasis on business immigration and deportation litigation. He has been in practice since 1998, he is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
His previous professional experience includes:
• Consultant and Special Fellow with the United Nations Climate Change Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland
• Aide on Regulatory Affairs to the Governor of Puerto Rico
• Research Diver with the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama and Court Interpreter.
Attorney Maldonado is admitted to the Massachusetts and Maryland State Bars. He received his law degree from Vermont Law School in 1994, holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Tufts University (1991) and a B.A. in English from Hamilton College (1986). He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
