Immigration Representation: We represent individuals, families and employees in applications filed before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Our typical representation in this area involves individuals in employment-based and family-based immigration applications as well as applications for benefits under the Nicaraguan and Central American Relief Act (NACARA), the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), applications for Temporary Protective Status (TPS) and citizenship (naturalization) applications.

Corporate Immigration: We represent corporations in a wide range of industries and states to obtain temporary professional worker visas (H1B visas), transfer personnel from overseas subsidiaries (L visas), employment for Canadians and Mexicans through the North American Free Trade Agreement (TN visas) and process applications for foreign national employees wishing to remain permanently in the U.S. Because companies operate now more than ever under strict immigration regulatory oversight, we provide consultation to companies on I-9 compliance and can represent them during immigration audits and fine negotiations.

Deportation Defense: Deportation Defense typically involves representation of a foreign national before an immigration court. For detained individuals, we will represent them in bond and removal proceedings. For non-detained individuals, representation typically involves cases of Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, NACARA, 212(c) Waivers and Family-based applications.
